Refund and Exchange Policy
Any items purchased at Experience Wanderlust – with the exception of gift certificates and itinerary development services – can be returned and refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Returns and exchanges are processed at your own risk and expense.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, choose from the following options:
Option 1:
Return and/or exchange at our showroom in Petaluma, California (Address: 22 6th St., Petaluma, CA 94952, USA). Please note that we are currently open by appointment only, so email info@experience-wanderlust.com to schedule a time.
Option 2:
Contact us at info@experience-wanderlust.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange. If exchanging, please indicate the item you wish to receive instead.
Once the return/exchange has been approved, pack the items you are returning and cover or remove any old shipping labels.
Ship using your preferred carrier to the following address: 22 6th St., Petaluma, CA 94952, USA (if necessary, use phone no. 707-364-2863 and e-mail info@experience-wanderlust.com).
Track your return to ensure that we receive it.
Once we have received your return and checked that the state of the items meets our return requirements, we will credit the amount to the card used for the purchase if a refund has been requested.
If exchanging, we will process your new order upon receiving the returned item(s). Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in price of the goods being exchanged.
A full refund of your return is contingent upon the returned goods being in the same condition as when you received the order.
Please note that any expenses incurred as a result of a return must be covered by you.
